Patient Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible care, patients are encouraged to:

Provide Accurate Information: Share complete and correct details about your health history and current condition.

Communicate Openly: Ask questions when information is unclear and express any concerns you may have.

Follow Agreed-Upon Treatment Plans: Adhere to the treatment plans developed in collaboration with your healthcare team.

Attend Appointments: Keep scheduled appointments or notify the clinic in advance if you are unable to attend.

Respect Others: Treat fellow patients, healthcare providers, and staff with dignity and respect.

Inform About External Treatments: Notify your healthcare team about any traditional medicines, herbal products, or other supplements you are using to ensure coordinated and safe care.
